The management of the Foundation is supervised by a board of Trustees elected by the Montana Southern Baptist Convention. The Trustees must be members of cooperating Baptist churches and are selected on the basis of personal commitment, integrity, business ability, and experience. One-third of the Trustees are elected each year, and the by-laws require that two-thirds must be laypersons.

In addition to the Trustees, the Executive Director of the State Convention, the President of the Convention, and the Chairman of the Executive Board are the voting advisory members.

The Executive Director of the Foundation oversees the work and handles administrative responsibilities. Other staff persons provide guidance to individuals and institutions in the area of Christian estate planning. Administrative and investment policies are made by the Board of Trustees.

A generous man will himself be blessed…
